Information you send us

When you contact us you may provide your name, email address, vehicle registration, mileage, postcode and the contents of your message. Please do not send payment card details or copies of identity documents through a website message.

How we use it

• To answer your question about a vehicle, a viewing or a part exchange.
• To review a car you have told us you are considering selling.
• To keep a record of the conversation while it is ongoing.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for automated decision making.

Messaging services

If you contact us through WhatsApp or by email, that message is also handled by the provider you chose and is subject to their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Records connected to a completed sale are kept for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses only the storage needed for the pages to work correctly. If we add measurement tools in future, this notice will be updated first.

Your choices
